How to place your fingers:
  1. Use your index and middle fingers.
  2. Place the fingertips gently on the front of your neck.
  3. Put them in the center of your throat, over your Adam’s apple (larynx).
  4. Do not press hard—just enough to feel a vibration.
  5. Say “zzzz” and feel the vibration.
  6. Then say “ssss” and notice that there is little or no vibration.
Important: The fingers should be on the front-center of the neck, not on the side of the neck.
